photos and details of my scratch built launch victoria yatch hull which i could not sell cut the deck off leaving i inch around deck stuck ply wood deck. lined in side with ply . benches made from wood tea sterries from my local cafe boiler made from carboard and tea stirrers stairs made from ply esc in boiler useing a 7 2 nimi battery what fuse would i use waiting for motorfirst coat of varnish applied no plans but as the saying is if it looks good it must be good my good helper mick has put photos on for me

that is awesome,came across this searching for your duck. shame i missed you selling the victoria,my uncle has one and i get on really well sailing it,much easier than my voyager which can be a handful.
credit to you tho,looks like an excellent conversion from bits and pieces .how many coffees did it cost you for the stirrers :-)) :-))
