Evening all,
I what to but a rotating blue beacon on the mast of my Dusseldorf instead of a normal flashing LED. the only ones I can find is the one on Astec
https://astecmodels.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1740&osCsid=hhkjczjq (https://astecmodels.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1740&osCsid=hhkjczjq) but it doesn't look right (flashing and not constant spinning)
Does any one know of another one I can buy or are they easy to make. Was going to but SMD LED's and a led badge that spins for the circuit.
Thanks
Tim

There are two circuit's you could build using a 555 timer IC ..
Instead of a flashing led the circuit allows the led to be faded up and down (off/on). Its as close as a guy can get to the slow pulse of a beacon.
