Hi,
Thought some might like to see a couple of the SUN TUGS I worked on, and my model SUN XV1 the start of my model SUN TUG fleet SUN X1 is the next project.

Now you have insulted me, I will have you know that all the cooks on SUN TUGS could cook eggs as well!!
For the insult clean the brass work three times a day until further notice. Trust me the SUN X1 had brass everywhere!!!!!!! ;)

Just going back to the thread. (Before you know what  :police:)  Looks quite a large model from the photos. Whats the scale ?

Brasso on the way via a lorry, scale is half inch O0

Now that I m a chef can I use the F-WORD? :D

Lovely model, always had a soft spot for those tugs, always smart and clean to look at. Perhaps also it helps as my father worked for some years on them, then they mereged with Watkins and well they went into the history books.

I found this old photo on the web of the old girl. Beautiful model, remember my father saying that the old 16 could pull its weight no problem.
