So its been a while since I did this sort of maths and I have not been able to find a satisfactory answer on google, so open the floor to any Maths experts, I know the answer is staring me in the face.
The only bit I can remember is that you spilt the shape into 2 to get 2*45 degree angles in the middle ..

180 degrees in triangle
180 - (30+20+10) = 120
x+2x+3x= 6x
X= 120/6 = 20 degrees

OK should have put the question
" Work out the size of the angles"
Now from your calculations and to make sure I am looking at this the correct way.
x+30 would be 50
2x+20 would be 60
3x+10 would be 70
Now the odd thing is when I first added that up I did not get 180 !!!
