here are some pics
All electronics are from Action Electronics in Wales
2 x 380 motors
2x 5A speed contrllers
1 x Motor / Rudder Mixer ( works well )
2 x 6v SLA batteries
separate 4.8v for receiver and servo

Radar is operated by 54 rpm 3v geared motor ( run by 1.2 v at < 25 rpm )
all lights work including wheel house

Mate,

Thanks for the pics some good layout ideas there.

Have a Samson on the bench, it is in need of some repair as I dropped a metal square on it, near the bow/front deck area not too bad  <:( <:( <:(

Lesson learnt don't reach over your nearly completed boat otherwise disaster. >:-o >:-o >:-o

Thanks again for the ideas and pics. :-)) :-)) :-))

Hi Gunner,
glad the pics were some help and sorry about your forward deck.
I had a similar disaster whilst rebuilding wheelhouse.
After finding a small nail protruding above surface just above one of the front windows
I thought rather than digging it out I would push it back in.
Mum always said I was stronger than I thought I was especially when annoying my little sister.
She was right I collapsed the entire front of the nearly completed wheelhouse.
Oops
