Title: building a tug

Hi all
 
I am new to boat modeling and I need some advise please.
 
I have purchased a 43in. fiberglass tug boat boat hull and upper parts which I have started work on  , my problem is there are so many different motors/propshafts and props to buy I don`t know which to buy, help please

Hi Dave,

Welcome to Mayhem.  Pull up a chair and get the kettle on.

I would advise having a good read as this subject is covered in the Tug section. Decide on the best idea for you and what will fit your hull shape.

glad you managed to find your way,on here,as with most things,its easy when you know how!.

Another thing to think about when building model tugs is do you want it to do the job they are intended for or for it to just look the part  %)
