Very nice job. I'd be interested in more details such as weight and build info/pics about how you formed the hull
-
super job stoppel :-)) the kind of model everyone will get out of your way on the pond! :}

@ Tbone: i work on a shipyard.
I have many tools for working with steel.
I mounted the deck on a wooden frame.
Then i spotwelded the steel parts one by one.
At the end i welded the whole tug together.
I fotgot to made some pictures.
@ ray123: Thanks

YESSSS!!! She will to float, and there is no leakage.
There is a lot of weight needed to float on her waterline.

Very impressed with this although a little unforgiving in the event of mistake, great way to build boats although most of us would be short on the main active ingredient SKILL.
Look forward to seeing it finished.

Never worked with steel, very interesting to me, great job

Will receiver work inside a steel hull?
-
I'm no electronics engineer but on a steel narrowboat the Faraday Cage effect hinders mobile phone signals getting through, so my guess is you will need to have the aerial external to the hull.

That is great work! I hope you are planning to try logging with her using thin logs as timber.
-
i did that also with my other tugs. :-))

That does look impressive and managable. Herding logs would get rapidly annoying.
