Title: Type 21 Frigates
Post by: kendalboatsman on July 02, 2007, 05:15:18 pm
Hello,

Does anyone know if there were any physical differences between HMS Active and HMS Antelope. Could I build the Antelope using the Active's planset?

Thanks
Clive :)

All 8 Type 21's were basically the same regarding dimensions and weapons fitment. However, weapons upgrade in the form of 4 exocet missiles mounted just in front of the bridge was applied to all Type 21's except Antelope and Amazon. Amazon was the only Type 21 that didnt serve in the Falklands and Antelope was unfortunately lost there.

I still think the Tpe 21 is one of the best looking frigates there has ever been.
