Hi Folks
The booking office for our next event at the fantastic Colwick Park is now open :-))
Please see our website for details on how to book in (entries to Mark Wild):
http://www.bmprs.co.uk/
If this turns out to be half as good as our last race at Branston, we will be in for another cracking good day.
This photo shows Kurt's F1 Cat racing in the T1 Cat class recently gaining 2nd place:

Hi all
Yes Nottingham is a great venue! Should make for some great racing as Branston certainly became an outstanding event for the first race of the season. Some fine racing, so great new competitors, boats and engines, most important of all some fab banter, good humour, and fun!
Hope to enjoy Colwick park as much as I did at branston last week.
Cheers
Garry

Well what a cracking event Nottingham turned out to be!
We all expected to get soaked even without going into the lake and yet it stayed dry all day. It was great to see everyone mucking in to help with lap counting and rescue and thanks to Mark and the host club members the day was splendidly organised :-))
I was amazed at how choppy the water was and it certainly made for some challenging and exciting driving :-)
Here are a few photos:
A good launch from Luke (of Digger's boat):

Hi all.
Fab pictures Craig which really bring to life the excitement and enjoyment of the racing at Nottingham on Sunday.
Nottingham club, as always. Made us welcolme, with rescue boat, refreshments etc. have to say, pleased it is a big rescue boat at the chop out on the lake was 6-10 inches!!!!
I predicted the rough water boats and gentle throttled finger drivers would win the races!!!! Lol!!! Mark Beesley was test amount to that!!!
A lot of racing was done at idle-half throttle. Not many boats could be fully opened up for the race duration as is usual.
Fantastic day out. Thought the Patriots were superb in the rough, look forward to seeing more from the tk engines in future outings.
Delighted to see Kurt (and his missus) enjoy some well earned success!!!
Above my opinions only. But all in all a cracked of a day.
Pics and full results now available on bmprs site,

Great photos, any video?
If you are following this thread, can you spare two minutes of your time to watch the two short clips below?
I only race in the smaller sized A-Class and that was challenging for me! How do these guys keep their boats on the water?????? There is a lot to be said in that old saying, "To finish first, you have to finish the race" !!
