I come back from a magnificent journey of 5460 km in UK (motor home )
As usual this country pleases me enormously but I found the shame there in ....... know you this village which is in fact an immense parking lot, which makes its advertising (publicity) on a maritime museum of exception but which is closed at 3:30 pm (had he only opened this day there?) where everything is deserted at 5 pm and which lets rot two boats of exception for which I made of hundreds of Km!
Well on, the tourist information office was enlightened, but nobody inside at 4:45 pm

look on the bright side they never locked you in the Jail there :-))
the large sailing ship was for sale on eBay last year I think they wanted about £70,000+ for it.

Inverary a parking lot? Must have changed since I was there and the reason for the two (privately owned) vessels "rotting" is lack of public support.
"Deserted at 5pm"? Have the George and the Argyll or the West Loch all closed down? They're all in there spending the tourist's spondulicks.

I understands that you love Inveraray, there is an attractive castle and an attractive bridge . But the rest ............... in this city we do not have to love the tourists because we make nothing to hold them. To take them the cash we know how to make ............

But the rest of the Scotland is so beautiful, and people so kind. I would return to the Scotland and in the rest of UK. We shall stay two months. I would go to visit all Mayhemmers which invited me
Tourist offices have to know that the owners of mobile home have money, it is necessary to hold them. We spent a lot of money in UK, but only two £ to Inveraray .............. Well done
