Title: Cheap Dummy boltheads
Post by: gribeauval on May 20, 2006, 09:49:25 pm
If you need a lot of dummy boltheads/rivets for detailing then try this idea.

You can buy stick on toy eyes in many sizes, I use 4mm diameter on my Mersey, they cost less than a pound for approx 100.
Stick them to a piece of scrap with double sided tape.

Spray with silver paint ( or use grey primer for painted effect) and in a short time you have stainless steel boltheads/rivets for detailing your model!!
