Hi all
Just a quick enquiry. I am replacing an old webra 61 with the above marine engine.
Never run this size before can anyone recommend a suitable prop size?
I have run an alloy 1919 on the boat, is this too big or too small a load??
It's using the genesis pipe and on a challenger 48 with submerged drive and prosynth 2000 fuel.
Thanks
Garry

hi
the 1919 prop is suited to a 7.5cc ie 46 size engine,i would think maybe a 2023 would be more suitable, same size but more pitch.the west 52 is a good strong engine with loads of power and set up right will fly along. :-))

Thanks for the info and post Kurt.
Much appreciated.
I took a gamble last Sunday by racing a new engine in an existing boat and a new boat to replace my miami, the gamble didn't pay off, should take more time. I am unfortunately very impatient!
You might say I "fluffed it and rushed it!"
Never mind. It adds to the fun!!!
See y soon.

Kurt, thanks for that info.
I got in touch with Greg, and he echos what you said. He's a very helpful guy.
Will run Webra for now until I get a bit of free time to get the new west dialled in.
Cheers
