.... You may find these photo's useful. I took them back in May of this year, the ferry is the Cap Finisterre, except for the one showing the lifeboat, that is on the Pont Aven.

I must say the french have it right, how many men to moor a ship? 4, 3 to do the work and 1 to watch!  There were two guys handling the hawser, a third guy (by the bulwark) controlling the winches and out of shot an officer with a two way radio watching them!
