Hi Tony.

 Ja, you can, I have google translation tool in my faves which may or not have anything to do with the auto translation facility.

 Google tool bar has auto translator  see pix for explantion.
 When you google German Flea Bay and got to the appropriate section  IE:  RC schiffe  you should have as in pic 1 left side of page. 
pic 2 right side of page button you click for translation of page.  NB: not all words are translated IE technical meanings.
