Hi guys, have any off you ever come across a TRW motors (Datona Ohio)
It is a H8152X it has two wires coming out both ends of the motor.
Looks like a 600 type used in a drill etc.
Intended use a 3' Vosper hull.

Hi, fan motors, I remember when in the RAF (late 1950's) doing 'mods' on radar equipment taking out perfectly good motors about 540 size and replacing them.
They were just for cooling purposes and the solid design of them would way outlast the radar electronics.
Complete waste of time! Never ever saw one fail or come in for repair, they were in GEE 3 navigation radar.
I also had to account for all the ones taken out otherwise I would be powering my model boatys with them even now.
I currently use some 12 volt Pitman motors used in computer tape decks, I had the opportunity to strip out the motors from 2 decks. Not apparent at the time only 4 of them were 12 volt rated the rest about 6 of them were 50 volt motors, still not found a use for them!
They must all be getting on for 50 years old, still as good as new.
