It's all about 'buying' certificates to 'prove' you've passed various English language proficiency exams.
Now, if they were selling Ships Masters Certificates, or A380 Airworthiness Certificates . . . :o

Ooh...I might be able to get my HGV licence back %)

1. that's a funny way of describing a relative...."senior nephew" :o...so do you also have a "junior niece"........ {-)...

I have three nephews viz: Senior, intermediate and junior.
The senior one certainly enjoyed his 5 years in Change Mai until they cottoned on and he eventually came back to the UK he eventually took notice of what I was saying to him and will complete his teaching degree proper, after much hard work, in a few weeks.
The intermediate one is already a fully qualified primary teacher in Cornwall and is supposed to be getting married in September; he wants to go to OZ but they keep moving the goal posts apparently.
Junior wants to go to Liverpool Uni to do Philosophy - I suspect so he can lodge with me on the cheap!

Well to me...sounds like a very proud uncle :-))........congratulations ......
if intermediate calls in to OZ......get him to look us up
if junior wants to talk with his uncle over an odd glass of Ale....whilst discussing philosophy...good luck to him
