I can not represent all the 200 pictures already taken during the 3 month old project on this site. ok2
My main building log is on my own site.
I came her especially to find more info - pictures about the real ship and not the summary info of the kit and the ....( ) poor-bad ...Fill-in what you want) instruction booklet. Special the white metal parts and and the GRP superstructures. >>:-( <*< far below my own building standard.
PS-1 I don't know if I may give here the link to the other building log.
ps-2 how many post I must do before Im loose of that verification attachment.

After you have signed in 6 times, the verification attachment should go away.

The text is in Flemish . sorry but it is a dutch forum. I think that the pictures speak for themselves
if you follow the pictures you wil see that I have got a lot of changing idee's of some items.

The text is in Flemish . sorry but it is a dutch forum.
I opened it using Chrome browser with Google as my default search engine and was offered page translation (to English) which I accepted. (I don't know if it is the browser or search that does the translation thing.) It's not perfect everywhere but quite understandable.

may be someone can help?
I want to navigate in a river in the Netherlands. as an evening occupation. Some go fishing in the harbor. I go model boating. The problem is that their are yacht who can pass at a moderate speed and create some high waves. So I have to protect my model from sinking or water taking in.
The first thing I'm looking for help are picture of a movable deck but I have two deck sheer in it. Longitudical and traverse. I have made some examples but they don't satisfy.
so if you can help???
onter this deck I will place a second deck of plexi wich I made watertight with some tape. This deck will be flat. the whole may not be very high because foor the rudder.
The second problem is the electronics. Not the electronic's on them self but how to put them in the boat an especially how I can get these wires in an ordered manner.
Most components are from the well know action. but I like to have the electronic's without the box , mounted on the side of the ship.
so is some one has nice picture of High-state cabling..
-
this was the last attempt.
De movible deck has a traverse curvature ; but not a longitudal!!!
so it will not fix with the rest of the deck.

and the base

and then by milling the piece become loose and I finish with a hole.

good for the waste bin.
second atempt( I do not have a CNC milling machine. So I must be very attentive an 0,5 sec distraction ….

again good for the waste bin.
next to the Third attempt.

Hi Beagle, welcome to the forum! You re certainly putting a lot of work into your boat it'll be great when it's finished.
I followed the link and was very pleased that I could still understand quite a lot of what was written as I used to live in Holland and spoke reasonable Dutch but that was over 20 years ago and don't get much practice now living in France..... Like your caption at the bottom says, 'everything gets worse as you get older, except forgetting, that gets much better!' U2
