Title: HobbyKing Fun Cruiser scale luxury yacht
Post by: stunjo on March 18, 2015, 04:56:53 pm
Does anybody know what the HobbyKing Fun Cruiser scale luxury yacht is based on?
I have looked on the usual sites but can't spot it.
I made the mistake of buying one just before it became available in the G. B. warehouse so P & P was a bit of a penalty.
Very solidly built with good wooden decking surfaces but ripe for refinement and scale touches to be added.

Hi.
dont know where you looked at but if you google  SUNSEEKER and scrol down to click on images you will find similarities to some of their craft like the predator 57.

I would believe it is loosely based on an ISA 120 Sport here:

Thanks chaps.
I think the ISA comes closest in features with the hot tub etc. plus the window layout but more like the ISA140 but a bit shorter.
It's sad to think that even with a Euro Lottery win it wouldn't be enough.
I've now got to work out the best way to cut out the windows.
Probably a Dremel with a saw I think.
Cheers
Stuart
