These three models were made by me some years ago They are the Sun XV, Sun XVI and the Sun XVIII which was their very first motor tug, they are all built to 1/24 th scale. Geo

You like the Sun Tugs then :}

Well done George......I see a few posts down today of what I assume was the original Sun tug of their fleet and your build.....
Only thing that sort of baffles me is the relationship of size to next vessel built :o
Sun was the original and small
Sun XV was middle sized and larger than Sun
Sun XV1 was larger than Sun XV
Sun XV111 was smaller than Sun XV
We also assume Sun, Sun XV and Sun XV11 were steam with Sun XV111 being motor...is your fleet all motored?
Anyway they look grand & you must be very proud of your fleet............ Derek

Fantastic models I just love every on one of them. Graham

Nice one George, do you still have them all? I would love to have the space to own a big fleet but needs must and small shed dictate otherwise. I'm putting more photos of the Sun XX! on the forum shortly she had a wet bottom yesterday just a few issues to sort then finished.
Well done, cheers,
Peter.

Nice display from the House of the Rising SUN(s).
Er, didn't we have a solar eclipse yesterday?
Were your SUNs part of the National Grid's long planned measures to counter effects of the created power surge (http://guardianlv.com/2015/03/how-the-solar-eclipse-effected-solar-power-and-created-a-large-power-surge/)?

Well my Sun XX1 didn't work here in Southport we had wall to wall cloud cover, even the birds were still singing!
Never mind.
Cheers,
Peter.
