Title: MT Yorkshireman
Post by: carlmt on March 21, 2015, 09:52:36 pm
Whilst waiting for some supplies and equipment for the Linkspan Models workshop, I decided to resurrect my old Model Slipway faithful - MV Yorkshireman.  I bought, and started, this kit back in 2003 but life really got in the way and these photos show the stage I got to - this is how she has been for the last 12 years or so.  Today, I finally soldered up all the lighting connections for the deck and cabin lighting.  Had to order a fist-full of more lights (12v grain of wheat) as I just cannot find the ones I had bought before.  I know these days everyone uses LED's, but this boat really is 'old school'..........

Wow !

...hope you can remember where all the lights go {-)

Actually, I'm impressed with the way you've connected them, hope to do likewise one day %)

Regards,

Ray.
