Hi I'm sorry that we have lost tuggies I was trying to find out why I could not get on the web site & I got e/mail saying that the owner of the site had past away the riverman

Whatever you do, don't Google "tuggies". There are things on there which are definitely nothing to do with boats!  :o ok2
