Post by: lezz on May 18, 2015, 08:33:36 pm
Hello all,
I have been a member of this forum few years  now but have never posted be for as I felt I have limited knowledge , but with the help of this site I have completed my first model boat build and this has been achieved by looking at old and new posts for information from painting, electric to building tips etc .
This model will not appeal to all but all comments are welcome positive or negative.
while sailing many people have stopped and chatted with nice comments to me.

Wow. It's relatively rare to see weathered model boats, so that is a real treat.  :-))

Hello

Worked on you with photos?

Have already seen you a boat in such a state?

The spots of rust are in precise places, not wherever.

They have a precise shape

Example of a model seen on Mayhem

A fantastic model for a first build and your level of detailing regarding the battered weathering is just perfect. I've yet to see a perfect fishing boat in real life.
