Following on from the fatal accident topic. Its only surprising that there are not more of them, this photo from a facebook page I follow, was taken in the same area- just off the Australian coast. How much water can they ship on the workdeck without doing serious damage in the winch house? I pity any crewmen if they were in the safety zones behind the cargo rails.
