Title: Not receiving EMails

I haven't received any EMails for a couple of days, I have a Hotmail account and I am using Windows 8.1, how do I check to see if is all working please, very simple instructions please. I had to adjust my Norton 360 about the same time I stopped getting Emails if that helps.

Have you gone over to Hotmail direct  ?  I have  (had ?) an account with them but found this a difficult route to follow.   %)

Can you suspend / disable Norton 360 and try then?

Have you tried to check email from a different computer? That at least would rule out, or confirm, any issues caused by your recent changes
