Title: Un-following a thread..help me..I am going mad!!!

How do I un-follow a thread...there must be a self destruct button somewhere, I have great respect for the views of others ( I have just typed here! ) but I need to escape from certain threads I made the mistake of responding to...help me %%

At the top of each page of a thread are a set of tabs - "Reply", "Notify" etc. 

If you are following a thread, "Notify" becomes "Unnotify", click it and your done.

Or you can unsubscribe by following the email link, or simply not visit that thread again.

Also, click on your Profile,
Hover over the Modify Profile tab.
Click on NOTIFICATIONS in the drop down menu
uncheck the box in front of: " Enable notification when I post or reply to a topic."
