Title: Help with rivets

Hi All , Can anyone please advice me on how to reproduce accurate rivet effects on doors ect . I have tryed the superglue method but i don,t get a consistant size and pitch with this and i have also tryed useing a Taylors wheel but this only made little pricks.

I guess it depends on the scale and the amount of effort that you would like to invest..

I have used in the past, tiny brass nails..
do you know any Dentist technicians ..?  they use very small pearls to make up false teeth..

this all means that you will be applying the rivets one by one...

yes it does take a few days to complete a rudder for example..

Archer is supposed to market dry transfer raised details.
Rivets is one of those product. Not sure how they manage the spacing.

The range of heads allows you to create different sized rivets. The knack is to nibble rivets off of the edge of the sheet, pick them up with a sharp scalpel, dip them in plastic weld or superglue and place them where you want them.

The Archer rivet transfers are worth a try as well.
