Title: Links to topics within Mayhem.
Post by: aln101boat on January 11, 2016, 11:42:46 am
Clicking on suggested topic links in posts just takes me to the forum home page.
Any ideas?

Hullo Alan.......this MBM WEB site has a few quirks that others don't seem to suffer

I once asked when logging on to Paddleducks why it was just 4 key strokes , where as here it was 9!

The response received was something like.... >>:-( if you don't like it, don't bother logging back in

Well that was some 6 years ago....and I am still here  ... Derek.

PS...how is that Sandy bloke  ok2 just up the road a bit?........

& if you use the links on the menu on the front page of the site (the whole site & not the forum front page) you go to some very out of date places. eg Wickstead takes you to a report on the 2012 meet.

Aye, none of them work. Every link to another post takes me the forum home page.
What kind of example would you like %) .

Sandy was fine. Doing some seriously detailed and laborious modelling I don't think I'd have the patience for.

Maybe I'm dense, but did you mean what you said, cause it doesn't read right and it doesn't make sense.
And it certainly didn't help {-)

Alan,

Are you referring to a URL link such as below, if so, then it could be a browser issue

Due to a small FUBAR a while back (in which I accidentally amputated the rangefinders from the original Lindberg piece, mistaking them for a spar attaching the piece to the plastic framing), I decided a replacement was warranted.

In that case, there's something wrong with your browser cache or an Add-on.   {:-{
 Firefox is my current Browser of choice, followed by Chrome.
