Oooo  I like that!  Wonder if it would do any good to inflate the things?  Wonder what air pressure?

It certainly is interesting.

Assuming it is a tug, is it a "pusher" design or are the tyres simple fender replacements?

Well, from the shape of the hull, and with that size winch in front, I'd have to guess that it pushes stuff.  Uh, that IS the bow we're looking at, isn't it?

I was going to say 'No that's not a pusher tug' when I scrolled down and saw that the pix had done it for me! Were those tyres specially made? They look rather new compared to what you usually see. Even if they were, it would still be cheap fendering.
