Title: 4mm Extension piece

Hi,
 
Does anyone know where I could get a prop shaft extention piece, needs to have a 4mm internal thread on one end and 4 mm external thread on the other overall length about 20mm?
 
Help appreciated to obtain some more clearance with bigger props.
