Title: Below deck access on mv Banckert

Am completing model of mv Banckert purchased at recent boat show. What's the best way to secure the deck? It's not secured yet - the rubber strip which holds the deck in place on the hull is available but it looks like it needs to be secured in place with adhesive. However this would restrict/prevent access to the electronics and other stuff below deck level. Would appreciate any advice, tips, etc on how to resolve this problem.

I think Stan used those strong tiny magnets on his Schultze.
