That doesn't look very safe! Nice ship though.
When the old Queen Mary was bringing back American servicemen after the war they all wanted to see the sights of home entering harbour and crowded over to one side causing the ship to list. They had to be ordered back from the rail.
Also, when PS Waverley does a round the Isle of Wight trip and is fully booked, everyone wants to look at the view on the landward side which causes the ship to heel so that the paddles are not evenly immersed and the ship moves crabwise through the water.

Ship is SS Tashmoo. An excursion ferry from Detroit along the Detroit River to Tashmoo Park where the ship got its name. Built in 1899 it was enjoyed by many thousands of trippers until it struck a rock and sunk in 1928 with no casualties.
It was extremely popular with tourists and was always crowded.!
Queen Elizabeth returning US troops to New York in 1945 looks a wee bit top heavy with 15,000 on top decks!

And Hampshire in fact O0 (The Hythe ferry was prosecuted a little while back for having too many passengers on board :embarrassed: )
