Title: Light cruiser HMS Sirius

I am looking to build a model of this ship.
Does anyone know of any firms supplying a suitable kit?

Fleetscale produce a semi-kit of the Dido class cruisers at 1/128th scale.

Deans Marine do a Dido class cruiser kit in 1/96 scale and Fleetscale do a 1/128 scale version too.
If they're too big there is a 1/700 scale by Flyhawk but that's an airfix style static kit called HMS Naiad.

I think there were simple to build plans of a Dido class cruiser printed in model boats once.

Deans have a hull only option and fleet do indeed have pretty much a full kit option.
I would like to build this model because it is the ship on which my dad served from 1942-44.

Southern Cross Models in Australia do a hull in 72nd scale (as per my HMS Bellona) and APS in Australia do a lot of the fittings.
Norman Ough did a set of plans for HMS Dido as she was immediately post war although in a strange configuration.
Profile Morskie do a book featuring HMS Argonaut which was pretty close to Sirius in time frame of build and completion so it is pretty good for drawings of the ship while there may be detail differences between the two.
