Title: Aero Naut
Post by: elmo_drayton on June 06, 2016, 02:25:52 pm
Hi Guys,
Found out what material Pilot boat is made from, contacted supplier who contacted manufacturer, it's ABS that's why liquid poly didn't work - material too hard.
Got some adhesive coming with syringe and brush...expensive stuff..lets see if it works  %%

If it's ABS then you really need to use stabilit or derivative.

Hi ,
If it's ABS it's the same stuff that drainage pipe is made from . You can get a tub of solvent adhesive for about £3

Use sparingly! Be very careful it doesn't melt more than you bargained for!
