Title: public speaking anyone?
Post by: g4yvm on October 10, 2016, 11:58:56 am
In another universe I am chairman of Andover radio Amateurs Club and I am currently looking for interesting talks to fill Tuesday evening slots next year.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 7:30 and guest speakers usually talk 8 - 9 ish with Q and A afterwards.  We pay petrol expenses.

If any subdrivers feel they'd like to come and give an in depth (no pun) talk on model submarines, with some details on the radio links and how they are stablisied when submerged, I'd love to hear from you.  We are a friendly bunch with a genuine interest in everything and as almost none of them will have seen a model sub before they would love it.  Slides and exhibits would bee especially welcome.  We have no pool!

Anyone fancy the idea?

Location, Location, Location, <*< <*< <*<

:o :o :o Might be a tad too far for us to travel.

That's why Ken (moderator) regularly reminds all those without locations to list their location. O0 O0 O0
