Title: Thames River Tug S A Everard
Post by: Positive on October 25, 2016, 02:01:46 PM
Although I am not really into tugs, I built the S.A. Everard in  a few spare hours.      Here is a link to a FREE download that contains, amongst other things, the plans and build log of my miniature model  of the S.A. Everard:

The Shelterdeck is a 15-page PDF document and this is the first trial issue.

I did give the link a go and thought I 'd download to have a read. The download button takes you to a page to pay rather than peruse the contents. Now I'm not sure how you are working this, but surely you don't have to pay for something before you've seen it?

It is free!   If you click the link above, it will show you the front page and synopsis.   If you look on the right, you will see the donwload button, and above it a note saying "This Item is Free!"     I have just checked it, and is is definitely showing free.

That is a very smart R/C S.A. Everard.   I sailed with them myself in the summer and bad winter of 1962, in the big Frederick T Everard.

I remember their moorings off Greenhithe on the Thames, the general saying and Joke was they only painted one side and that was the one facing the yard for the benefit of old Everard to look at.
