Hi guys, i've been spending hours trawling the wonderful posts in here with many tips picked up along the way but i'm struggling a bit trying to find info through searching. I'm doing the hachette Bismarck currently at issue 52 ...ish I didn't buy the radio and motor kit as at the time only wanted it static, but have since been inspired at a local model boat show to go RC. So as I reached the split in the instructions i'm now following that route. So things I'm looking for, pictures but having to go through 50 something pages just to get pics is a nightmare. I have got the 'build the bismarck on the web that someone started but not sure what has happened to the poor guy but it hasn't been updated for ages. (I followed him when i built the Titanic) I need to know if anyone bought the rc stuff from hachette did it come with intructions? What issue is it fitted between? or has anyone bought their own motors, props and tubes etc and how and when did you fit them? And one other thing for now, i'm currently doing portholes (rollls eyes) do i drill them all the way through?, i really don't want to sink this model, is there provision to block them later?
Really sorry for all the daft questions but I just can't find the answers anywhere here.
Thanks in advance

Well, I can help with the Hachette RC-instructions, but unfortunately they are in the German language.

Ah right, well it would be a start, I'm sure I could type it in to google translate or get my mum to translate, would be a great help

I can send the German RC-document by E-mail, so give me a PM with your E-mail address.
I have also the document in Dutch, if that's better.

If the plans file is in .pdf format, firstly convert it to a Word .doc or .docx,.......then translate it from German to English
I can do this if you get stuck.......I did this for the Strongbow drawings from .pdf tp .docx....the only problem was the text included images and the converted file was 52MB so too large to e-mail
