Hi All,
I am thinking of having a crack at a Aeronaut Pilot Boat Kit. I admit it will be my first boat build, am am experienced with the "opposition" I.e. aircraft. I like the look of the thing. No idea how it sails though, so over to you guys, please.

Hi, thanks for the link. Just to let you know, I now have that kit, and have started the build. All ok so far, but a bit daunting!

Hi do not be daunted! Build for strength though not lightness. I restored a harbour defense launch built by an aeroplane member and everything was very fragile.
Good kit as far as I know.
Best of luck Roy

Hello Roycv
You're right, we flyers will do anything to save a gramme or two. But your advice noted, plenty of adhesive, well more than i normally use!
Thanks for the tip.
