Title: Brocklebank
Post by: Spike.hughes on January 02, 2017, 09:51:51 pm
Hi there, I am currently mid build on my first tug the brocklebank, a 1960s tug currently moored up in Liverpools Albert Dock as part of the maritime museum. The kit came with a hull, a superstructure, wheelhouse, funnel and a deck in two parts. The deck is the part i am struggling with, I've made a new deck out of plywood and but I'm having difficulty fitting it. If anyone has made this model before I would be grateful for some tips or pics. The kit was bought on eBay a few years back. I've seen 2 or 3 about in the past and can't find pics anywhere of any models. Thank you.

Hi, my wife and I had a guided tour around this fine vessel a couple of years ago, I have  a goodly number of reference photos if you are interested, I too have the hull etc but as yet it is in the 'to be done some day' area of the shed!! Good luck Pirate
