Hello,
Just a quick word to say 'hello' from a new member.
I found this site after a surfing expedition looking for information on deck layouts and equipment for a build that I am currently doing.
I have never built a wooden model boat before but have done quite a bit of 1:35 military stuff in the past and thought it time for a new challenge!
I brought the Billings Mary Ann kit a few years ago, started it, enjoyed doing it but had to put it on the back burner due to family and work commitments. I recently decided that it deserved more attention so have commandeered the kitchen table once again and am back firmly in the fold.
Other hobbies include:
Fly fishing and fly tying, camping, walking, cycling and shooting (nothing with a pulse!)-mainly historic stuff and long range target shooting.
