Title: Is Mountfleetmodels still running
Post by: george on June 16, 2017, 08:35:54 pm
 Hello

I am just wondering if Mountfleetmodels is still working? I sent them two email messages, one at their: http://www.mountfleetmodels.co.uk/semi-kit-chariot... (http://www.mountfleetmodels.co.uk/semi-kit-chariot.html)

site and the same message through another link to them. It has been nearly a week with no reply. I was looking into the possibility of buying some parts for their chariot kit.

If anyone knows what their reply time is or what their situation is,please let me know.
 Thanks
 George

Hello Jim

I thought about ringing BUT I am in Canada and they are in the U.K. The time difference alone is tough never mind arranging time off from work to do that. I don`t think my boss would be too pleased with me doing this on company time their phone bill. W
I think it would be a brief employment history for me.

I will hold for another week to see if I get any email replies.

 Thanks for the replies ALL.
 George

In some cases it seems to me a letter is faster than an email.
Strange as an email is almost instant any yet still takes somebody a week to reply..

Having delt with emails a lot. And I mean a lot. Internet websites are the worst to respond.

It is possible that your emails have for some reason been classified as spam and not seen. Traders to get a lot of spam emails as you might expect. Try resending with a different and clear subject heading. such as 'Mountfleet Chariot Kit'.

Also if you have an alternative email address yourself, try sending from that.

Hello
Thank You Model Boat Mayhem.
Got my reply today and I replied back. I guess it`s faster to ask here then at a company site.
Thanks for the help here.
