going to build a large fire boat any one of you kind gents know or have a plan for turn table ladders if any one has or knows where i can get some please let me know thanks mike

Hi Boats, have a look on some of the truck web sites, fire trucks are very popular and they make the bits you might need

Most Truck gear is 1/14.
If you have a plan to build the
Float from, then it might help
to have the plans rescaled to
the same.
If the hull is already built, then,
you might have to think again
and build your own turntables.
Tug Kenny way have some much
more informed suggestions.

Hi Mike,

I have scratch built a turn table ladder system myself.  It only moves by hand as it is not powered in any way.  The ladders are constructed with Aluminium, so are too heavy to be propelled by motors, but the base does swivel by hand.

As this it not technical enough, it may not be what you are after.
