Hi Nigel
Welcome to the forum

For a 1/96 scale HMS Javelin try Deans Marine of Farcet near Peterbough however do you mean HMS Dorsetshire instead of Dorchester? The only Dorchester I can find reference to in WW2 was a SS Dorchester. HMS Dorsetshire was a 8-inch County class Cruiser Deans Marine do a 1/96 scale hull but Fleetscale do a smaller scale model of her in 1/128 scale as a semi-kit.
Hope this helps
