Advise please would a 60c battery setup be OK on this motor?
57 inch deep v ...running 240amp esc...prop 50mm .

What capacity are the cells? Based on the C rating and current cells would need to be a minimum of 4000mAH and preferably 6000mAH and up.Capacity in Amp hours times the C rating gives the maximum current for the cells. Best to up the capacity by 50% or more to give some leeway in output. Also the C ratings of cells tend to be inflated by the manufacturers.

Hi Jim,
The mah would be no less than 5000.
 Gets confusing this electrics
