HI Smudger, go to your local paint shop (car) or speak to any body shop, they will tell you where to get paint, some might even be able to mix some for you. Also contact Stavros on this site, (not yet, he organising Blackpool show), he works in the body shop trade, he might be able to help

Garreth

Nigel, or Wayne at Gwynedd Distributors (by Rhyl Marine Lake) can colour match just about any paint sample.

Simply wait until you need paint and take the model in to them then.

Glue has run on my graupner Premium line Arleigh Burke USS Nathan James DDG 151.   it has taken but of the paint away so it bit darker then rest of the ship,   to the public unless you really look at the ship i doubt you would find it as it next to a panel that high above the bridge, but to me knowing it is there and my mistake is total pain the bum,  has any one tried touching their graupner models up and did it look good?

Hi Smudger, a patch paint may work with carefully matched paint, but, in reality, the panel needs to be sanded then painted, (like matching a scratch on the car) if its a small area should not be to much of a problem, slow and steady.....
