Gentlemen (I use that term lightly ;D )
I have a civilian 1/96 Liberty ship which is in a bit of a state so I fancy changing it to a military version. Does anyone have any plans or infomation I could copy as I am going to rebuild from the deck up. I can reclaim most of the fittings and I am going to see if there is any mayhemmers discount at sirmar ;D
I will post some photos later if anyone is interested.

:)Hi Riggers.
Are you any where near Deans Marine will be attending there on Saturday with my liberty ship. Trumpeter make 1/350 scale kit which may help with construction. :)

Unfortuataly I am not, it is a little to far from where I am. By any chance is your Liberty called James Blair?
I am going to contact Deans to find out how much there plans are but I was trying here first on the off chance someone has a set laying around I can copy and return.
How's the flat top coming on?

I saw the model at Ellesmere in 03, still have the photos of it. We were talking at the Harrogate show this year, you will recognise me when you see me.
I will call later as it is late now and I have an early start in the morning

Hi
I have just come across your query re Liberty Ships
I used to own two Deans models..one which I finished as a wartime model
and the other as the Jeremiah O'Brien as she is today.
I sold the former earlier this year but I have lots of photos of both
ships if you are interested
