My first look at a Forum page and already I'm getting a sudden pain in the wallet. %)
I can see many rows to come with "Her Indoors" if I keep being tempted with stuff like that.
BOF ;)

BOF you need to encourage a suitable fiscally challenging hobby in swmbo from personal experience I can recommend embroidery sewing machines designed to make the male wince in the wallet :-))

Nice bit of kit !!!
Canabus

They look a lovely bit of kit for all the modern tug builders, but at what cost I wonder.

An ARM AND a LEG!!!

I think these are Schottel rudder propellers. I built my own for a German police boat from copper plumbing fittings and bevel gears. It works well enough if a bit noisy!
I couldn't match the standard of workmanship of these but I think mine cost about £20 so hey-ho...
Dave.

Would like to see how the bottom end is done, very small bevel gears?
Gerald.
