You missed out on the flashing amber lights for pair and siene net fishing boats.

Ordinary lights and not leds, can be had from model boat or model railway shops, even ebay,. Search for grain of wheat or grain of rice bulbs, they are 3 volts and easier to wire a circuit than using leds.

If you prefer to use L.E.Ds, there are a lot of sources, but component shop do a large range and are a trusted supplier.

Talking of flashing lights, one question always came up in oral exams when I went through them was what is the difference in flashing speed between a hovercraft and a NATO submarine on the surface.
