Not a PT boat.  A bit of a weirdly made Perkasa -looks a bit like it was meant to be more like "Brave Borderer".  It was on Ebay recently?

YES BUD IT WAS SO NOT A PT BUT IT HAS TORPODES FOR IT? ANY PIONTING ME IN RIGHT DIRECTION AS YOU GUYS KNOW MORE THAN I EVER WILL

thank you so much bud got it your 100% spot on it is the early model no machine gun at the front canon but no machine gun the early model had flat front and later one more round with windows thank you so much Mayhem to the rescue again  O0
