Title: New house, new area, looking for water to sail

Many happy years with the great crowd  at North West Scale Model Boat Club,  Horwich,  near Bolton. Now living in lovely Skipton - voted one of the happiest towns in England - but I'm missing somewhere  as convenient as the NWSMBC pond was. Anyone out there near Skipton who knows of a sailing venue nearby?  Keithley is a bit too far away,  but I'm eyeing up the canal system as a possibility. Anyone tried it?
