Post by: Martin (Admin) on April 28, 2018, 08:31:59 pm

Any ideas for a simple way to make this?

( Ols shoulder injury from my Pro American football days...  )

My friend Phil made a swivel out one.

I shall scribble in Paint..........

It swivels in and out allowing you to put the mouse and it away so as not to knock it. The pivot could be a bolt in a block of wood or a tube and bar arrangement depending on the desk's robustness. My friend just used a screw I think but then he didn't need it at a level for medical reasons

Its a good point though. Computers can be painful enough without adding bruises from hardware!

I got the impression that Martin already had bruises he was trying to favor. Hopefully this is temporary, then the shelf can be removed and the hazard to knees with it. :-))
